Founder & Clinician
I'm Jordan Campbell, PA-C, a family medicine provider with experience in both primary care and emergency medicine. I founded this clinic because I believe healthcare should be built on trust, access, and integrity - not insurance games. I earned my undergraduate degree from Southeastern University in Lakeland, Florida, and my master's in Physician Assistant Studies from Alderson Broaddus University. As someone who values faith, family, and service, my mission is to offer care that reflects those values and builds meaningful relationship with the patients and families I serve.

The word Fidelis (Latin for faithful, loyal or devoted) reflects what we believe healthcare should be: a deep commitment to the well-being of each patient we serve.
